  Lack of customer care both in store and on the phone. They must be progammed to limited sentences. Once you get past the receptionist you get passed on and on then usually hit a brick wall because they can't find your details. Three times I get asked "What's your date of birth?" I was told to alter my prescription slightly with my contact lenses and if I got problems with them II could go back to my original prescription. Well guess what, I have problems, my optician left and Specsavers will not allow me to order my original lenses like I was assured. Worst experience ever.

  Booking an appointment for under 16s is almost impossible! . No appointments for half term week available. Apparently they don't do under 16s eye test on a Sunday or Saturday mornings either. The only time they do under tests are after 4 during the week or after 4 on a Saturday !. So I asked to book my son in for a Saturday pm- then told the first available appointment was 2 months away !!. Clearly a money making company who have no interest in looking after childerns eye health as it doesn't make specsavers money . Have booked my son in for else where !

  Have been going to this branch for some months now, i have noticed that some of the staffs don't really know what they are doing!. Why would they book you down for an appointment and only to be told when you get there that the optician is not available. This happened to me a number of times. Some of the staffs are nice while some are very very rude! especially the blonde girl at the contact lens department. she is very rude and uncouth ! . Some of them speak to you with no manners and this is very bad. Their customer service is very bad and they really need to step up their game. They need to learn how to treat their customers better! I won't have any more business going to this branch because they seriously don't know what they are doing and also extremely rude . A great customer service goes a long way specsavers !!

  I have to say I collected my new glasses this morning and as always the service was fantastic and friendly the staff at this branch are professional and courteous at all times and make you feel very welcome. Well done
